THE ROLE, IN PRACTICE
You clean, move materials, transport equipment, and lend a hand wherever needed.
You support production teams and help keep the plant running efficiently. Every day brings something different, but the goal remains the same: maintain safe, organized, and productive manufacturing operations.
The objective is simple: ensure equipment, materials, and work areas are ready so the entire team can keep moving forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
+ Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks throughout the facility
+ Handle materials, components, and parts safely and efficiently
+ Operate a forklift when required
+ Move materials using hoists and material-handling equipment
+ Prepare work areas for production teams
+ Support receiving, warehousing, and material movement activities
+ Assist various departments based on operational needs
+ Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace
WHAT WE EXPECT (DAY 1)
We match the role to your level of experience. If you’re new to manufacturing, you’ll benefit from a clear structure that helps you learn quickly. If you already have experience, your skills will be recognixed and you’ll gain independance rapidly.
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Class 3 driver’s license (an asset)
+ Resourceful attitude and positive mindset
+ Ability to perform sustained physical work
+ Experience in material handling (an asset)
+ Knowledge of hoists, loaders, or forklift operation (an asset)
+ Commitment to working safely and following procedures
A WORK ENVIRONMENT ALIGNED WITH EXPECTATIONS
Because the role requires commitment, versatility, and sound judgment, Posi+ offers stable, structured working conditions designed for skilled trades and manufacturing professionals.
+ Hourly wage based on experience: $26.55 to $30.65 per hour
+ Day shift: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Friday afternoons off
+ 3 weeks of summer vacation
