You prepare, implement, validate, and optimize.
You are involved in launching new products, manufacturing processes, and equipment while ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into production.
The objective is straightforward: ensure new products and processes are introduced safely, efficiently, and successfully from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
+ Prepare and coordinate production launches for new products, manufacturing processes, and equipment
+ Participate in plant trials, validations, testing, and sart-up activities
+ Ensure technical documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
+ Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing Methods teams
+ Analyse process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during product or process launches
+ Support the optimization of manufacturing methods and workflows
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S
+ Assist in implementing new manufacturing practices and production processes
+ Recommend practical improvements to qualitiy, efficiency, and operational performance

+ College diploma (DEC) in Industrial Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations
+ Experience with new product launches, process implementation, or equipment deployment (a strong asset)
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
+ Experience with manufacturing ERP systems
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent organizational abilities and priority management
+ High level of accuracy, autonomy, and attention to detail
+ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
+ Ability to perform effectively during production launches and equipment start-up periods
