Sales

The sales and marketing department manages customer relations, develops and analyzes the market, and participates in the development of new products. It also handles external communications and social media management. Creativity, customer service, and strategy are adjectives that describe the department very well.

Finance

The finance department manages the company's financial data. Here, finances are not just numbers: they are the engine of our growth! We support projects, inform decisions, and contribute directly to our company's objectives. Rigorousness and strategic analysis are at the heart of our department.

Production

The production department is responsible for transforming raw materials into finished products while ensuring quality and meeting costs and deadlines. We have a wide range of jobs requiring specific skills that enable us to manufacture our products. Passion and quality dictate our daily work.

Human resources

The Human Resources department is responsible for staffing, payroll, occupational health and safety, skills development, and labor relations. We ensure the well-being of our employees. Our days are filled with exciting projects and challenges.

Engineering

The engineering department is responsible for transforming customer requirements into a feasible product. We design, innovate, and put our knowledge into practice. We manage projects on a daily basis that aim to support the growth of Posi+. Ambition and innovation dictate our daily routine.

Methods / Quality

The Methods, Continuous Improvement, and Production Quality department brings together a multidisciplinary team. Together, we develop and optimize manufacturing methods, support production teams, and ensure product inspection and compliance. Guided by continuous improvement, we work every day to enhance the reliability, safety, and quality of our vehicles.

Network

The IT department manages the network, IT equipment, applications, IT security, and technical issues with a smile. Our department is characterized by versatility, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking. Our days are filled with unexpected events and a variety of tasks, which makes our work exciting.

Purchasing and procurement

The purchasing and supply chain team manages the flow of information and products from our suppliers to our factories and customers. Negotiating with suppliers, ensuring the availability of parts, and shipping goods are all part of our daily routine. Rigorousness and commitment enable us to satisfy our customers.
