THE ROLE, IN PRACTICE
You design, analyse, test, and improve.
Working closely with the Engineering team, you contribute to the development and evolution of the electrical systems integrated into our bucket trucks. From electrical schematics and component selection to testing, troubleshooting, and product optimization, your expertise plays a key role throughout the product development process.
The objective is straightforward: design reliable, high-performance electrical systems that meet the real-world needs of our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
+ Design electrical systems used in specialized aerial equipment
+ Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and technical documentation
+ Select electrical components based on product and customer requirements
+ Participate in system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and product improvement activities
+ Analyze engineering change requests and develop practival solutions
+ Support teams across Sales, Production, Procurement, Service, and Planning
+ Contribute to the integration of new technologies and electrical components
+ Recommend engineering changes and product enhancements
+ Assist in resolving non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
+ Perform technology monitoring and research to identify innovation opportunities
+ Propose improvements to products, electrical systems, and design methodologies

WHAT WE EXPECT (DAY 1)

+ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
+ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, instrumentation, and wiring diagrams
+ Experience in electrical design, product development, or manufacturing environments
+ Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
+ Ability to collaboration effectively with multidisciplinary teams
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
+ Experience with a manufacturing ERP system (an asset)
+ Knowledge of programming, controls, or automation systems (an asset)
+ Functional English for technical communication and documentation
