Posi-Plus Technologies is looking to support its growth with a Methods and Continuous Improvement Project Lead – Assembly Specialist

Here are your main responsibilities :

You are the on-site technical reference for the assembly sector. Your mission: to ensure the reliability of assemblies, structure methods, standardize practices, and support the skill development of operators. You work on production sequences, testing, documentation, training, and continuous optimization:
+ Breakdown of assembly sequences, formalization of production sequences, checklists.
+ Creation of visuals, guides, ISO procedures.
+ Method drawing
+ Technical supervision of operators and validation of their autonomy.
+ Handling of non-conformities, corrective action plans.
+ Monitoring quality, performance, scrap, assembly deviations.
+ Contribution to cross-functional projects (5S, ergonomics, customer validation, DfA).
+ Participation in industrialization with engineering.
+ Interdepartmental collaboration: Quality, Production, Engineering…

Qualifications :

+ Proven experience in complex mechanical/electromechanical assembly.
+ Overall product vision and understanding of assembly sequence logic.
+ Quality culture (non-conformities, monitoring, ISO 9001…).
+ Ability to formalize, structure, and transmit information.
+ Ability to supervise a technician and promote a method culture within the team.
+ Good interdepartmental relations and field leadership.
+ Proficiency in office tools, visual tools, and ERP.
