ASSEMBLY PROCESS SPECIALIST

THE ROLE, IN PRACTICE

You observe, analyze, structure, and improve.

You work directly with production teams to improve assembly reliability, standardize processes, and make operations simpler, more efficient, and more repeatable.

The objectif is straightforward: transform shop-floor expertise into clear methods that improve quality, performance, and team autonomy.

+ Close collaboration with production and assembly teams
+ Hands-on projects with a direct impact on manufacturing operations
+ Ongoing collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production departments

WHAT YOU WILL DO

+ Analyze and optimize assembly sequences and workflows
+ Develop and standardize manufacturing work instructions, procedures, and checklists
+ Create method drawings, visual aids, and technical documentation
+ Support operators in developing their technical skills and competencies
+ Validate assembly methods and ensure proper implementation on the production floor
+ Participate in non-conformance investigations and corrective action implementation
+ Monitor quality indicators, assembly deviations, and operational performance metrics
+ Contribute to continuous improvement, ergonomics, and 5S initiatives
+ Participate in industrialization projects in collaboration with Engineering
+ Serve as the technical reference for assembly teams

+ Strong understanding of complex mechanical or electromechanical assembly
+ Ability to analyze products and understand their assembly logic
+ Experience in process improvement, standardization, or manufacturing optimization
+ Knowledge of quality management principles and non-conformance processes
+ Ability to clearly document and structure technical information
+ Comfortable coaching and supporting colleagues on the shop floor
+ Strong collaboration skills with technical and operational teams
+ Proficiency with computer applications, business software, and ERP systems
