THE ROLE
You analyze, your order, you adjust, you coordinate.
You work with suppliers, operations, and internal tools to ensure the right materials arrive at the right time, in the right quantities.
The objective is straightforward: maintain a reliable supply flow, avoid disruptions, and ensure consistency through clear methods and execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation to receipt
- Maintain alignment between production needs and procurement activities
- Adjust orders based on demand fluctuations and inventory levels
- Coordinate deliveries across multiple sites
- Ensure accurate tracking of quantities and timelines
- Build and maintain effective supplier relationships
- Manage discrepancies, delays, and delivery issues
- Participate in demand planning (forecasts and future needs)
- Optimize tools and workflows (ERP, Excel, internal processes)
- Suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency

EXPECTED LEVEL (DAY 1)
Based on your experience, your role will be aligned accordingly. If you are developing, you will evolve within a structured framework. If you bring solid experience, your autonomy and judgment will be recognized quickly.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and inventory management
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up rigor
- Strong communication skills (internal teams and suppliers)
- Education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
- Strong English skills for communication with certain suppliers
