Posi-Plus Technologies is looking to support its growth with a Methods and Continuous Improvement Project Lead \u2013 Assembly Specialist<\/p>\n

Here are your main responsibilities :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You are the on-site technical reference for the assembly sector. Your mission: to ensure the reliability of assemblies, structure methods, standardize practices, and support the skill development of operators. You work on production sequences, testing, documentation, training, and continuous optimization:
\n+ Breakdown of assembly sequences, formalization of production sequences, checklists.
\n+ Creation of visuals, guides, ISO procedures.
\n+ Method drawing
\n+ Technical supervision of operators and validation of their autonomy.
\n+ Handling of non-conformities, corrective action plans.
\n+ Monitoring quality, performance, scrap, assembly deviations.
\n+ Contribution to cross-functional projects (5S, ergonomics, customer validation, DfA).
\n+ Participation in industrialization with engineering.
\n+ Interdepartmental collaboration: Quality, Production, Engineering…<\/p>\n

Qualifications :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

+ Proven experience in complex mechanical\/electromechanical assembly.
\n+ Overall product vision and understanding of assembly sequence logic.
\n+ Quality culture (non-conformities, monitoring, ISO 9001…).
\n+ Ability to formalize, structure, and transmit information.
\n+ Ability to supervise a technician and promote a method culture within the team.
\n+ Good interdepartmental relations and field leadership.
\n+ Proficiency in office tools, visual tools, and ERP.<\/p>\n
