\n+ Develop and standardize manufacturing work instructions, procedures, and checklists
\n+ Create method drawings, visual aids, and technical documentation
\n+ Support operators in developing their technical skills and competencies
\n+ Validate assembly methods and ensure proper implementation on the production floor
\n+ Participate in non-conformance investigations and corrective action implementation
\n+ Monitor quality indicators, assembly deviations, and operational performance metrics
\n+ Contribute to continuous improvement, ergonomics, and 5S initiatives
\n+ Participate in industrialization projects in collaboration with Engineering
