THE ROLE, IN PRACTICE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You clean, move materials, transport equipment, and lend a hand wherever needed.<\/p>\n

You support production teams and help keep the plant running efficiently. Every day brings something different, but the goal remains the same: maintain safe, organized, and productive manufacturing operations.<\/p>\n

The objective is simple: ensure equipment, materials, and work areas are ready so the entire team can keep moving forward.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/strong><\/h3>\n

+ Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks throughout the facility
\n+ Handle materials, components, and parts safely and efficiently
\n+ Operate a forklift when required
\n+ Move materials using hoists and material-handling equipment
\n+ Prepare work areas for production teams
\n+ Support receiving, warehousing, and material movement activities
\n+ Assist various departments based on operational needs
\n+ Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace<\/p>\n

WHAT WE EXPECT (DAY 1)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We match the role to your level of experience. If you’re new to manufacturing, you’ll benefit from a clear structure that helps you learn quickly. If you already have experience, your skills will be recognixed and you’ll gain independance rapidly.<\/p>\n

+ High school diploma or equivalent
\n+ Valid driver’s license
\n+ Class 3 driver’s license (an asset)
\n+ Resourceful attitude and positive mindset
\n+ Ability to perform sustained physical work
\n+ Experience in material handling (an asset)
\n+ Knowledge of hoists, loaders, or forklift operation (an asset)
\n+ Commitment to working safely and following procedures<\/p>\n

A WORK ENVIRONMENT ALIGNED WITH EXPECTATIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Because the role requires commitment, versatility, and sound judgment, Posi+ offers stable, structured working conditions designed for skilled trades and manufacturing professionals.<\/p>\n

+ Hourly wage based on experience: $26.55 to $30.65 per hour<\/strong>
\n+ Day shift: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.<\/strong>, with Friday afternoons off
\n+ 3 weeks of summer vacation
\n+ 14 paid holidays per year
