Here are your main responsibilities :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

+ Act as an expert in the design of electrical systems;
\n+ Create concepts for electrical systems, diagrams, harness drawings, and components used in our products;
\n+ Support product specialists from the moment a request is received;
\n+ Provides support to sales, planning, production, procurement, logistics, service, and recipe processing;
\n+ To carry out component selection to meet the needs of our products;
\n+ Carry out the analyses and modifications that are requested during change or adaptation requests;
\n+ Participate in product electrical testing, troubleshooting, and assembly;
\n+ Follow training related to new vehicles (electrical systems and programming);
\n+ Propose solutions for the management of non-conformities considering deadlines;
\n+ Recommend required engineering changes;
\n+ Conduct technological monitoring in order to suggest improvements to work techniques and developed products;
\n+ Propose concrete actions for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

Qualifications :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

+ DEC or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, as well as any combination of relevant education and experience;
\n+ Advanced knowledge of electrical systems (diagrams, circuits, instrumentation, etc.);
\n+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
\n+ Knowledge of CAO software for electrical diagram;
\n+ Proficient in the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
\n+ Knowledge of programming languages (asset);
\n+ Knowledge of a manufacturing system (EPICOR asset);
\n+ Ability to work in a team and interact with different stakeholders;
\n+ Functional English (spoken and written);
\n+ Ability to manage time effectively and to accomplish tasks conscientiously;
\n+ Ability to identify decision-making processes, issues, stakes, and action logics of different actors;
\n+ Ability to maintain a healthy and positive environment;
\n+ Ability to demonstrate responsiveness, discretion, and anticipation;
\n+ Ability to organize information and requests from different actors.<\/p>\n
