They act as a link between engineering, production, and Methods, in order to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant launches according to the company&#8217;s requirements :<br \/>\n+ Prepare and coordinate the production launches of new products, processes, or equipment<br \/>\n+ Participate in the implementation, testing, and validation of manufacturing processes<br \/>\n+ Ensures that the technical documentation is complete and up to date (work instructions, procedures, technical sheets)<br \/>\n+ Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams<br \/>\n+ Conduct analyses on performance optimization and quality<br \/>\n+ Identify and resolve technical issues related to production deployment<br \/>\n+ Participate in continuous improvement processes (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>+ DDEC in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field<br \/>\n+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment<br \/>\n+ Experience in product or process launches<br \/>\n+ Good understanding of manufacturing processes<br \/>\n+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings<br \/>\n+ Proficiency in computer tools: Office Suite, ERP software<br \/>\n+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<br \/>\n+ Sense of organization and priority management<br \/>\n+ Autonomy and rigor<br \/>\n+ Good team spirit and ease of communication<br \/>\n+ Ability to work under pressure during start-up phases<\/p>\n<p>Be part of the adventure and join a team whose values are pride, collaboration, and commitment.
